SMS Messaging Program

By opting in to SMS communications — either via the separate opt-in checkbox presented during account registration or through the notification toggle in your account settings — you consent to receive text messages from PitTrix Technologies Inc. These messages include account-related communications, one-time verification passcodes (OTP), and platform notifications such as inquiry alerts and status updates.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS and data apply.

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. Reply HELP to any message for assistance. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enrol.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, subscription, or use of the PitTrix platform or its services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. PitTrix is not responsible for any fees or charges incurred by your mobile carrier as a result of SMS messages sent under this program.
